What this covers
AI Native HQ is based in Washington, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.
It covers:
- Our website (ai-native-hq.com)
- Purchase and delivery of our products
- Communication with us (email, intake forms, consulting calls)
It does not cover what happens inside your own AI operating system after delivery. That's between you and your AI provider. See the Privacy & Data Handling guide included with your system for details on that.
What we collect
When you buy something:
- Your name and email address
- Payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your full card number)
- Which product you purchased
When you fill out our intake form (Done-With-You clients):
- Your business name, industry, and details about how you operate
- Your goals for the system
- Your preferences (voice, tone, tools you want)
When you email us or book a call:
- Your name and email address
- Whatever you choose to share in the message
Automatically (website):
- We don't currently run analytics, tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party trackers. If we ever add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, referrer, browser type), we'll update this policy first.
What we do with it
We use your information to:
- Deliver the product you bought (create your repo, set up your system)
- Communicate with you about your purchase or project
- Improve our products based on what we learn (in aggregate, never individual client data)
- Send occasional product updates if you've opted in (we don't do marketing email blasts)
What we don't do
We don't:
- Sell your information to anyone
- Share your business data with other clients
- Use your business data to train AI models
- Keep copies of your business data after your engagement ends (unless you ask us to)
- Read your agent conversations after handoff
- Access your repo after handoff unless you explicitly invite us
Third-party services we use

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reading them if you're concerned.
How long we keep things
- Purchase records: We keep these for tax and business records. Your name, email, product, and transaction ID. Not your payment details.
- Intake forms and project data: We keep these during your engagement and for a reasonable period after (in case you need follow-up help). If you want everything deleted after handoff, just ask.
- Email correspondence: We keep it. If you want old threads deleted, ask.
- Website analytics: We don't really do analytics. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information (with the exception of things we're legally required to keep, like purchase records for tax purposes)
- Send you a copy of your information

Data security
We take reasonable precautions: we use strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and we don't store payment information ourselves.
But no system is perfect. If there's ever a data breach that affects your information, we'll let you know as soon as we're aware.
Children
Our products are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't use our site or buy our products.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be posted prominently.
